14:50 to 15:59 The Ba' reached the bottom of Tankerness Lane, from where the Doonies made several serious attempts to push the scrum down West Tankerness Lane. However this did not succeed and soon the Uppies were pushing northwards. The Doonies tried to push up two closes, but the Uppies powered on past them. By 16:00 the Ba' had reached Pickaquoy Road.
